We're trying!
Last week we converted a back bedroom to a workout room, and dusted off our treadmill, stair stepper, and stationary bike, which have had NO use in 3 years. I even stocked a shelf with reading materials to help us along on this endeavor. Feels good to be back in to it, and this is day 6 of walking a mile, stair stepping for 15 minutes, and bike riding for 15 minutes. Not a bad start for a 71 and 72 yr. old couple We're upping the challenge each day, and feel better already. Making the commitment to replace trivial stuff with what will be more beneficial for us, was our first decision. And, re-discovering how easy it is to be up at 5 a.m. do our little circuit, shower and begin our 12 hour work day is easier than we thought! Gosh it feels good!
BTW, we're still in the work force (self-employed) and our work involves some physical activity.

Hit the road at 6am, rode down Santa Monica Blvd. a few miles and then back for eight miles total. Averaged 15mph. Was a pretty good ride! Will probably do a similar route after work tonight, too.

Today I did The Butt Bible lower body level 3. I only think about Michelle Obama's arms when I doing those exercises. That keeps me going
