This grandma owns a couple of pairs of them too. They're comfy. I'm not sure I'd wear them out of the house though.

Wear what you like and feel good in.

No one is looking at you and no one cares.

I like them actually. I kind of want some. Of course those in the video are exaggerated.

I love boot cut jeans, but not very flared. I think they streamline the leg and are the best jeans cut. Straight is too straight and skinny just hugs the same of the legs too much. So I wear tennis shoes with boot cut jeans and boots or ballet flats with skinny jeans.

Me! This is the most flattering style of jean on me so it's all I own. One exception, I have a pair of skinny jeans to go with some really long sweaters (that are probably meant to be sweater dresses).

I'm not aware of any strange looks, nor have I received any comments regarding my boot-cuts. I can't even imagine how such a conversation would take place.

I see more folks around here wearing skinny jeans and whilst on holiday in the UK everyone even my 3 year old grandson was wearing skinny jeans.

I wear leggings or jeggings with tunics and long sweaters regular jeans feel too bulky with a long top over them.

I guess its just my dilema, I like to keep up with the trends (not particularly high fashion) but then I also like my old favourite comfy jeans which just happen to be bootcuts.

Skinny has been in for a decade already. It's time for something new anyway. Wear the flares.

Boot cuts are still in style, even the really flared ones.

I have a big bum and can't wear the skinnies. I can't find boot cuts that look decent.
I really miss true straight jeans. I can't find those anywhere.
