We had a lot of running to do tonight, so we heated up some Trader Joe's appetizers in the oven and called that dinner - spanakopita, bacon-wrapped scallops and mini chicken tacos.

Hmmm, probably rabbit sausages (yes, on a stick), fresh herbs, bread and butter, watermelon, and cab.

Now, come on, that's a good supper. Given those selections, I wouldn't approach those with a sad face.

grilled chicken breast with french fries and costco stir fry veggies. the french fries are leftovers from my wife's lunch the other day. she thinks they made her sick and caused our daughter to vomit when she gave her some. so lets see if they make me sick. i doubt there is anything wrong with them.

Last night added sliced (seedless) cucumber to my mustard-horseradish shrimp. Yum but not as good as w/ green beans.

Dawn, listen to this, I'm thinking next time there should be 2 carbs - toss shrimp, new potatoes, and green beans in the sauce, then serve with crusty bread.

Tonight's dinner will be something easy like salad. Working my 3rd Saturday in a row tomorrow.
