"Oven Fried" Chicken Breast. I 'par-fry' (or saute') the coated chicken breast in olive oil and butter then finish it off in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes with a 7 to 10 minute rest post cooking. Also I cook the chicken on a baker's rack above a baking pan.

I wonder if it's just as bad as deep fried chicken? It tastes just as good to me anyways.
