Well, My wife is on a diet and I do all the cooking around here so tonight I cooked a recipe from the weight watchers web site.

Creamy curry pasta Primavera. It was very good and low cal. at the same time. At least for my wife it was. I added some garlic shrimps for myself and ate what would be a double portion according to the recipe.

Nic, the chicken was really good and the best part it was easy too. It smelled so good cooking and turned out perfect---and for me that is amazing! Thanks for sharing that recipe. I put it in my recipe file!
