I made homemade spaghetti sauce yesterday and then heated it up for tonight's meal. I like to make it a day ahead; I'm weird that way but I think it tastes better. Added garlic bread. Wasn't hungry enough to make a salad since I had one at lunch.

Satx - I showed husband just the picture of your po boy (no hints) and he immediately said BILL MILLER'S! You can take the man out of San Antonio but you can't take San Antonio out of the man. My brother in law works for Bill Miller (management) and my father in law used to hunt with Bill and the family.

I drink out of my Bill Miller tea buckets everyday!

Time to go visit my in-laws in San Antonio soon!!!!

Golden butter potato corned beef hash with: sauteed yellow onion, peas and carrots mixed in, salt, pepper, paprika, fresh minced garlic, dry mustard and topped with fresh grated Romano cheese. Severed with king size corn tortillas.

Fresh picked Lemon-aide for the beverage.

Tonight my wonderful husband had pot roast with carrots and potatoes, fresh english peas, a loaf of whole wheat bread and iced tea. Testing began in my school today and he knew I would be exhausted. He is too good to me!

Homemade Chicken Enchiladas. First time I have ever made them. Turned out really good considering sometimes we are not very keen on Mexican Food. Think some vanilla ice cream and blueberries for dessert.
