I'm actually making something other than our usual friday meal (panko breaded flounder and pasta alfredo) Tonight will be baked ziti with garlic bread and a side salad.
Beer battered fish fillets baked, glazed carrots and roasted yukon gold potatoes. I am making some dill tarter sauce, my fravorite, to go with the fish!
