BBQ'd Pork Tendeloin (Peppercorn marinated), Scalloped potatoes, and Broccoli with melted Velvetta cheese! Mmmmmmm!

I'm all out of whack. Had a big lunch so may just have some corn on the cob and a small salad as a late dinner.

I cooked our Easter dinner ahead of time so we could nibble all weekend, not real big on eating large meals at one sitting. So we had smoked ham, cream corn, homemade mac and cheese, asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce, and rosemary carrots. Fresh strawberry cake for dessert..

Boiled crawfish with corn, potatoes, garlic, and sausage at my in-laws plus I brought crawfish pies. My MIL had to many deserts to list like she always does.
