I'm cheating on Passover (again). My husband went out with some friends -- and I'd never eat bread in front of him -- so I'm making mini pizzas for myself.
I cooked our Easter dinner ahead of time so we could nibble all weekend, not real big on eating large meals at one sitting. So we had smoked ham, cream corn, homemade mac and cheese, asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce, and rosemary carrots. Fresh strawberry cake for dessert..
Boiled crawfish with corn, potatoes, garlic, and sausage at my in-laws plus I brought crawfish pies. My MIL had to many deserts to list like she always does.
