After the last few nights of leftovers I will make something different tonight--imagine that! If I don't DH is going to find a new place to eat!
Since it's American Idol night it has to be simple clean-up so probably macaroni and cheese. I am going to try something new with it tonight--adding some Ro*Tel (diced tomatoes with green chilies).
My brother and his family are leaving today and I'm exhausted and so behind at work!
Dinner will be some leftover tri-colored rosemary potatoes he made, and perhaps some eggs. Quick and easy.
