Beef bulgogi (flank steak marinated overnight in soy sauce, sugar, chopped garlic, sliced green onions, and sesame oil, then quickly grilled). I've never made it before and am serving it with brown rice, red pepper paste, and red leaf lettuce for wrapping, like the recipe suggests.
It is our wedding anniversary today, so where ever my wife wants to eat is what we will have for dinner.
