Beef bulgogi (flank steak marinated overnight in soy sauce, sugar, chopped garlic, sliced green onions, and sesame oil, then quickly grilled). I've never made it before and am serving it with brown rice, red pepper paste, and red leaf lettuce for wrapping, like the recipe suggests.

im eating more of my grilled chicken, mixed veggies, angel hair pasta and tomato sauce junk. cant wait to go only on peanut butter and jelly.

I don't know what I'm making yet...pasta with meatballs maybe - or something else quick and easy. DH is working on repairing the truck so it depends when he's finished.
