Yep , chicken veggie soup it is. Chicken breast strips, onion, celery, carrots, squash, asparagus, cabbage....I forget what else! It was of course all diced ,chopped and minced as needed.
yum you make your own crust? Have you ever tried Boboli crust?
yes I make my own crust I use a pizza stone too and it tastes pretty good. I have tried Boboli, it's a good and quick way to cook pizza when you have a busy day.
Re-heating the chicken parm left-overs! I can't get used to cooking for two after so many years of cooking with up to seven teens and twenty somethings in the house. It's kind of like feeding an army. Trying to adjust is not going well for me! LOL
We have company coming tomorrow. Asked them what they wanted. Chicken parm and home made garlic bread. By the time tomorrow night is over I'll never want to see chicken parm again. I'm making the sauce tomorrow with a lot of ground beef, meatballs, and sausage though, so the left-overs will be sausage and meatball subs. Making extra rolls tonight!
Grilled some turkey burgers with pepper and soy sauce, then used them, multigrain bread, sriracha sauce, and a little sprinkling of shredded cheddar to make patty melt paninis. Served with steamed peas with herbs and slivered almonds.
Another one in the record book as thin sliced (electric slicer) rump roast, green Fordhook Lima beans, & rice with pan gravy. Followed by cantaloupe and Fuji apples.
Nothing! Don't feel hungry today - another ounce will shed off
