I made a casserole with sliced kielbasa, sliced potatoes, chopped onion and chopped bell pepper last night - so that will probably be dinner again.

Roasted 2 turkeys so it will be turkey, dressing, gravy, sweet potatoes, corn, and whatever friends, family and of course the busybody neighbors bring over.

Going to my aunt's house tonight - she's making chicken, beef, and vegetable kebabs, rice, and salad. I'm bringing homemade peanut butter brownies.

I think I'm going to try Ham Steaks for the first time. I found a recipe for a maple glazed syrup (with apple cider vinegar and dijon mustard) to cook it in. Will pair it with some nice boiled red potatoes - and am dithering on the veg!
