I experimented a little tonight...nothing too far stretched - I made cheese tortellini baked with meat sauce (shhh don't tell but I use Ragu and just add my own spices ) and ground beef. I added mozzarella and parmesan to the sauce. I also made my own garlic bread. It was good. Ok...not a big winner, but it wasn't a flop either. Just another baked pasta dish.
