WOW I feel sorry for you because I had Pappadeaux's and all he does is coat the outside of the shells with seasoning, we season the crawfish meat on the inside, much better.

Try it and you will never go back to licking your fingers for the flavor.

Authentic Mexican Food with our Compadres at Taqueria Del Sol in Southeast Houston. I am looking very forward to it. We are the Godparents of their two children. I can not wait to see them.

Butcher's wife made Italian sausage so I had to have it on a baguette with sauteed onions and green chilies (canned unfortunately). But it was a good sandwich even so. I had a fresh poblano and a jalapeno but I forgot about them until I was eating. Dang

Making a big pot of sketti sauce<ok I am taking a few shortcuts with it..shhh don't tell anyone>I will freeze some and have some tonight with a small salad and garlic toast.
