I just make two thin patties, and put in the cheese that is sliced thin at the deli counter, then close it within the 2 patties.

These taste great on toasted poppy seed rolls with Peter Luger sauce (a sweet, tomato based steaksauce).

We're real big red meat eaters in our house, unfortunately. Add to the fact that I don't eat fish or greens, it makes for very picky dinners!

Good morning everyone!

Can't wait to hear what your all doing for dinner because I have no idea what we're doing lol. Hubby has the nerve to be observing lent today so he kinda throws a wrinkle into my plans LOL

We'll probably fend for ourselves, because I don't have any kind of pasta or something to make and I'M NOT GOING TO THE STORE AGAIN!

Half of my dishes and pans are packed and lots of my utensils and culinary equipment, and not a full pantry.....trying to use things up. It is going to be basic cooking and some strange combo's I fear! Oh well, it will be worth it!

Last night I did hit on a nice baked chicken combo. I mixed honey and dijon mustard and some curry powder and dipped the chix thighs in it and baked till well cooked! It smelled great while cookingand tasted delicious--I put just a tad more honey on toward the end to brown them nicely!

Ah, OK got it. Wasn't sure if it was some special mixture of actual horseradish and chedder cheese. This sounds yummy AND easy!

Nic 529 You could make my dish without curry and use onion powder and/or garlic powder or any other seasoning that you do like...
