Lucky you....I'm thinking it's about time my hubbie and I go out for dinner pretty soon. My hubbie was so burned out from us eating our each and every meal for 7 months I don't think he will ever want to go out again..ugh! LaseyEx, after all those problems with your flight home you deserve some "down-time". Let yourself recoup..
Tonight we're having - well - I don't know what to call it actually lol. See - what happened was I called my DD yesterday afternoon to take out the cube steak for chicken fried steak ....and when I got home I found she had taken out the cubes for stew lol. So - I quick got online and started a "help" thread and ended up having chicken cutlets...they came out good. So this morning I put the beef cubes in the crock pot with some stew seasoning......didn't have time to cut anything up though...so its just the meat in there...and I figure I'll make some egg noodles and carrots to go along with it. Maybe even some rolls.

Nic, thats sounds good, just keep on experimenting. I found a way to log on from work,lol. Not sure what I am having, leaving it up to hubby.
Think I'm going to throw together some goulash with a bit of bread and a salad. We are out of potatoes ( can you imagine that?), so unless my hubbie decides we have to go to the P.O. today I'll just make dinner with what's available here. And I love goulash!!
