"Put some Windex on it" is always the running joke for all of my many klutzy boo boos!

Tonight's dinner is homemade Minestrone soup (courtesy of my BF's sis), wedge salads, and some nice crusty French or Italian bread. Kinda a fall-like meal, even though it was 87 here yesterday!!

Well lets hope that the worstershire + beer works better than my sugar + salt in chili did... If it were me I probably would have resorted now to a slice of Velveeta to cream it with. Well maybe not. First thoughts are usually not the best.

Not sure what tonight will be. Either Tuna casserole or left overs. It's going to depend on how I feel later tonight.

Tonight will be All Season Broiled Chicken, peas in the pod and whipped potatoes. Yum!

All Season Broiled/Grilled Chicken

1.5 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
1.5 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 small cloves garlic, halved
1 tsp. salt
4 bone in chicken breasts

Mix chili sauce, vinegar, horseradish, garlic and salt in a bowl. Reserve 1/2 of the marinade. Add chicken to bowl and turn to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for about 5 minutes.

Preheat grill or broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade in bowl. Place chicken on grill or on broiler pan.

Grill or broil chicken, turning and basting frequently with half the reserved marinade, until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 30 minutes.

Heat remaining reserved marinade in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally. Serve hot alongside chicken.
I am having THIS tonight! Thanks CheyDee, this looks wonderful!

Oh my! My father did the same thing about a week or so ago. What is up with this? Did they stop putting the little "******" type things in worcestershire bottles?

Not sure about those, but what gets me are the one in the salad dressing bottles you think are there, they were last time and give a squirt...oops...only to find out it is stuck in the cap
