I smell the steaks a broiling here in the toaster oven. Tacos soon to be in front of me. Still have brownies for dessert.

Elston my mom would make potato pancakes too The only thing I can really remember my dad cooking was... not really cooking......All the left over chinese food would be put into the same pot heated up, and waallaaa! He called it Slumgulliem mmm nice ring right! ha ha there was another called Gukalavas same sort of deal. Left overs all in one pot. Good Memories

Tonight London broil shish kabob style. I am going to load the skewers with meat, bell peppers, & red onion. On the BBQ they go. Served with white rice. I am hungry. I will be back.

Dinner was another grilled ham & Swiss.

Tomorrow night's KindaCacciatore is doing a slow blurp, blurp, blurp (technical culinary term) on the stove. If it ends up tasting as it smells those chickens didn't die in vain

Well folks those steak tacos are a done deal. I'm basking in front of my city data connection and letting the ingredients sort it out in my tummy. After a bit of letting them celebrate I will throw a brownie to them.

Way to hot for soup down here. I am contemplating a bowl of beef and barley stew real soon though. Never made it and think it would be good. It can't stay this hot all winter long. Over the next 10 days 3 are 80 or above.
