OK, so I made the Mar a Lago Turkey Burgers. My opinion is that the chutney and the lemon flavors were too overpowering, so I will leave them out next time. You can look up the actual recipe online, but here is the recipe after eliminating those ingredients.

1/4 c scallions, thin sliced
1/2 c minced celery
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and minced
1/8 c canola oil
4# ground turkey
2T salt
1T pepper
2t chipotle Tabasco
1/2 bunch parsley, minced

Saute scallions, onions and apples in oil until tender. Cool. Mix into remaining ingredients. Form into about 12 patties. Chill for 2 hours.
Grill or fry until cooked through. Serve on buns with shredded lettuce and a little mayo.

I thought the chutney was too much for the subtle turkey flavor.
Thank you, Gentlearts, for confirming!

Elston, are you near Sebago Lake? We spent many happy times on Frye Island when the kids were little.

We are about 14 miles from Lake Sebago....but havent been up to the lake yet.

Sebago Brewery is named for the lake .... but is located in Portland and has resturants in the Old Port, in Gorham and at the Maine Mall.
