We didn't get to cook the steaks last night as hubbie was so tired from mowing the lawn in this heat---took him 4 hours--ugh!! I took pity on him and just whipped up some goulash. Hopefully tonight will be those steaks if it doesn't decide to rain. Still, I'd take the rain over steaks! We need the rain so bad and it sure would help to cool things down here.

Just got an email from Lasey---they got there but it wasn't an easy trip---weather related problems but they are there safe and sound now!!

Don't know what to cook tonight...........another hot one with scattered showers( just enough to bump the humidity to the unbearable range)

Morning all, not sure what I am making tonight. I am leaning towards chicken, not sure how I am going to cook it yet though. Hope everyone has a good day.
