Tonight I will make baked garlic chicken thighs, potato salad, tomato salad and radish salad. To drink a large pitcher of chilled sour lemon water. For dessert grapes or mango.

The chicken thighs I roll in egg and flavored bread crumbs of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
I put in my potato salad sliced apples, capers, dill pickles, spring onions, egg and the yogurt sauce I make with Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, balsamic red vinegar.

Spoiled brat is stopping at Sam's after his doctors appointment and will pick up a R chicken. I will heat part of it, do garlic brussle sprouts, and I am trying a salad I heard Bobby FLay talk about the other morning. The problem I didn't hear all the ingredients and it isn't on the website. I do know it has avocado, jicama, and red onion. I am going to use some mango as well, with a citrus type of dressing.

I am thinking of serving leftover bratwursts with spaghetti and marinara. Hopefully the Germans and Italians will get along well on my plate.

Chinese chicken wings, green onion pancakes and since I have mushrooms leftover from last night, I may sautee them with spinach and pretend this is a healthy meal.

I'm in a darned rut. Uninspired. I think I will make Italian breaded pork chops with some spaghetti on the side. Salad. I have a nice bottle of red wine, so I'll also be lubricating my bad mood.

Left over chicken fricassee for me, hubby is having vastedda which is cow spleen on a bun with fresh ricotta and gachgavale cheese. His mom got it for him at this Sicilian place in Brooklyn.
