What's For Dinner Tonight? - 2015 (mayonnaise, grill, shrimp, breakfast)

Italian turkey sausage links, mac&cheese, buttered asparagus.

Tonight is chicken, broccoli, and zita in a homemade alfredo sauce with some leftover salad.

Something chicken...still cleaning out oodles of chicken from my big freezer. WHY SO MUCH CHICKEN!

Soooo thinking chicken lemon pesto with pasta and fresh garlic bread. Serving up steamed spinach on the side.

Individual meat loaves (port and beef), potatoe wedges, steMed cabbage with a bit of bacon/onion/caraway, tiny butter cookies, sipping bourbon on the porch.

Trinidadian curry (chicken for the Hubs and kids, chickpea for me), rice, steamed cauliflower

I must say that I'm enjoying using my ravioli maker. Tonight it will be ravioli stuffed with sausage, mozzarella and broccoli raab in a roasted tomato and wine sauce; and a garden salad with fruit, cooked sugared almonds, and an oil and vinegar dressing. A bottle of merlot.
