I've got a big fat roaster all rubbed down with some Everglades Heat in a ceramic dutch oven simmering on the stove. Fresh home grown squash and a small potato.

Leftover braciole and sauce with polenta (I'm out of angel hair), the remainder of the loaf of Italian bread (I'm also toasting and dicing a chunk of it to go in a Caesar salad), and tiramisu with Bailey's Irish Cream for dessert.

Tonight we are getting Burritos and nachos from Bubba's Burrito Bar. A favorite in our area and the only one of it's kind.

I made Rachel Ray SW Turkey Burgers with ground beef this time, and they are good, either with turkey, or beef. They are flavorful, but I still want a bit more PUNCH. A local business called The Salt Table has a Ghost Pepper blend, that is very hot, so maybe I'll try a little of that next time.
