Next time I'll stick to mashed potatoes.
Bet the comedian would be jealous of you if he read comedy like ^^^^ LMAO

Ohhhhh plus adding to my Marsala i posted earlier I had a plate of BBQ chicken wings with a good few drinks to celebrate Friday night in the traditional sense!

Orange wedges and strawberries, potato chips, and a ham sandwich with coleslaw on it.

Then some sliced smoked sausage with leftover fried cabbage, oink!

Tonight I am making spinach lasagna. I need to get to the bakery before the snow really picks up. Hopefully they will have some good crusty bread I can turn into garlic bread.

didn't have dinner last night as I expected; we only had drinks and appetizers so spoiled brat is starving. Today is the day I do a new menu for the week: I let him choose dinner tonight: he choose Salmon, green salad and he wants ramen noodles. That is fine with me. I am going to try the salmon in the air fryer. We normally do not have bread with our meals but one of our guests last night brought us a jalapeno corn bread he had made using butter milk.. It looks so yummy I will have it as well I think.

Some Tribal Councilmen from the Blackfeet Nation in MT are coming to dinner tonight to visit with Uncle Orion. I asked him what they like to eat and Uncle laughs and says, “What, you think Native Americans only eat buffalo? We eat the same things you eat, Paleface.” Well, of course they do. He said they would love my venison stew, homemade biscuits and cherry pie, so that's what I am making.

We're snowed in for the next several days, so we're making beef stew in the crock pot tonight. I'm fixing a Screamin' Sicilian frozen pizza for lunch. Yum.

Cool, stormy day today in NorCal. Will stay in and prepare a spicy chicken, onion, and potato yellow curry with rice, some butter cookies and coffee for dessert.
