Thank you everyone for the kind words for my son. I am VERY proud. I have repped everyone I could, some of you it is too soon. I can't leave messages with my reps so Thank You once again.

For dinner tonight I will make cocktail shrimp and a salad and put them in the fridge. That way everyone can just eat on their schdelue.

Happy Friday!

We are snowed in and crawled back into bed after an extra feeding for the birds. It will be a late and very big breakfast. Grazing for dinner.

elnina, happy belated birthday!
Missy2U, I hope your refrigerator problem is something simple to fix.
A.Typical.Girl, cough syrup for dessert? LOL I hope you feel better real soon though.
Elusive Enchantment, I love Thai food but have never tried making it myself.

I have beef tips with mushroom steak sauce in the crock pot right now. I will stir in a little sour cream later and serve that over noodles with a side of butternut squash.

We are about to have an "arctic blast"over the weekend, meaning a high temp in the 40s. I feel like something creamy and soothing like tuna noodle casserole, but I know hubby will make a face if I suggest it. We'll see.

Temps in the 40's is an "arctic blast"? Heck, in Chicago, we call that "Spring".

You tell hubby, "Pish Posh - I like it, I want it, and I'm making it. If you don't like it, you know where the stove is."

And now, I want Tuna Noodle Casserole.

I'll probably end up having Shells & Cheese. That's toasty, keep warm food, and it makes me happy. Husband has chili thawing on the counter so that's what he's planning on having.
