Then, a spoonful of jasmine rice, a chicken thigh, and some sauce. DW doesn't like hot spicy, but if it were only for me I'd add a jalapeno or two, otherwise a shot of hot sauce works. I don't know what to call it, but it was pretty tasty.
I don't know what you'd call it either, but it sounds wonderful! Husband would LOVE this!! I'm gonna call it "Snowtired Chicken and Rice". I am hitting the store tomorrow so will pick up the one or two things I'm missing, and will probably do this over the weekend!

Seriously - Thank You! I am not a chicken fan, but husband loves it. He just got another ValuPac of chicken thighs, and I was kind of at a loss with what to do with them! Now I have a PLAN!

Tonight (warning I'm going to brag about my kid) is the first practice for ski race team my ten year old son. He's on the Special Olympics team for the mountain we usually ski. He is autistic and a complete natural on skis. Anywho I'll be at practice 5:30 to 8:30 so I'm bringing fruit salad and a hunk of cheddar for dinner. Water to drink.
Happy Thursday!

Have left over rice from a few nights ago, a little left over chicken and snow peas, plus, in the freezer we have pot stickers from Sam's; one of the few processed foods I really enjoy. I will use all of this and make a Chinese dinner.
