to all of you who have been sick or have other problems: I am sorry, hope evertything is back to normal soon. And yes, Elnina: a very happy belated birthday!!!!!

Tonight we are having 3 couples in for wine and appetizers. I am pretty sure dinner will no be served period but if spoiled brat is still hungry after they leave i will take something out of the freezer.

We are having a really really cold few days: Hight today, maybe will hit 20 plus and tonight it will be aroud 4 or maybe even cooler

snow expected this evening. 3-7 inches which is a lot for NC. This means my son will probably not be able to take his flight Saturday night on his way back home to Kazakhstan. GOODIE!!!!!
Tonight I will have

cauliflower, potato, and Cheddar soup
bacon wrapped meatloaf
homemade biscuits
banana pudding

If I have the stuff, I'll make the tuna casserole. Hubby will like it, but he doesn't like the idea of it. My alternate is boxed Mac and cheese with hotdogs.

Tonight beer battered Fish Filet, with Eggplant and peas in a Rosemary -Beer sauce, (sounds unusual but delicious)
Served with egg noodles and a green salad. Crusty Rosemary bread and a good beer. Probably a Stella because that's what we have.

Apple crisp with pecans for desert.

Snow day here! Made a batch of of chili. Will also have raw veggies with a dip & what's left of a loaf of banana bread.
