Tonight salad with carrots,chickpeas, raisins, Parmesan cheese and hardboiled eggs.Ginger water to drink (Ginger water is made by boiling a fresh ginger root in water and I add some fresh lemon juice).
For dessert later by the fireplace kheer/rice pudding with cardamon and roasted pistachios and a cup of chai.
hardboiled eggs
bit of lemon zest
fresh lemon juice
olive oil
curry powder
salt/black pepper to taste
thinly sliced carrots
cooked chickpeas
raisins
shaved Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley or cilantro

Tomorrow I'm buying these these ingredients so I can make a "Salad Almaraucsch". The rice pudding also sounds perfect with the pistachios and warming cardamon with chai.....
