Tacos
Complete with refried beans. Got the Bold ranch taco shells for me, mostly. The other is also Bold with some kind of hot spice for Mr C, yet his last two were from my stash. Go figure. Lots of toppings, Mango salsa, &Daisysour cream. I ate 4. Oink Glass of Sangria & water. Gotta admit, I’m sufficiently and officially full.

I just snacked and am still snacking. I had a great lunch and now I'm content with junk food.

Homemade bacon potato soup served with fresh rolls and honey cinnamon butter. The soup was creamy and delicious, the rolls did not rise the way they should have and I am not sure why, but they tasted great with the honey butter.

I’m heating up some chicken poblano enchiladas with rice from the store. Hopefully not too spicy to share with Margot.
Well i did throw in part of an english cucumber i needed to use up. It wasn't much of a salad but my fridge is bare and i didn't feel like shopping.

Tonight will be cheeseburgers with the usual vegetables on top.

SO's 12+ hour days are messing me up. At 8:00 I was not up to chicken pot pie from scratch. Navy bean soup (Thank you freezer!) and grilled cheese with thick slices of smoked ham. I promised to cook today!
Stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon, green salad with apples, buttered mushrooms, rice.
