We are in CT and it's been hit or miss depending on the store as far as flour and pasta. Meat has been hit or miss with chicken being the hardest to come by. The shortages as far as food stuff as of late are yeast and of all things garlic! No idea why, but the grocer said he has requested shipments of it and it has yet to come.

Here in my area, pasta is almost non-existent. the shelves where it's supposed to be are bare, and there's barely any sauce, either (except Ragu. No one want's that...). It had all sold out as fast as TP and paper towels and it hasn't been restocked even as late as this morning.

It's all about timing in my area for flour, pasta, and canned items.

Other items are slowly being stocked for anytime availability like TP, paper towels, meat, dairy, etc

Yeast....that's still scarce for some reason.

We have everything here at our little corner market. Pasta, TP, paper towels, meat, masks. Huge selection of booze, too.

But this is Portugal, lol. Barely any cases here.

Yes, pasta shortage is being experienced.

And Costco was out of meat yesterday--except for a few Boston Butts

We saw the possibility of quarantine back in mid February, and stocked up then. Pasta stores well, so we bought quite a bit. OMG, I'm a pasta hoarder!

What area is that? We went to Costco Carson City on Monday and there was plenty of meat. But I knew with the reports coming out that there would be a run, so we made a trip just for that.

Interesting, on Tuesday our Costco had very little meat and chicken, a lot of empty space. We did get a 25 lb. sack of flour, and even the Clorox wipes.
