Thanks George and I will join you in those prayers.

What's your plan for Easter? Just us and thinking of a casino day.

That sounds like a plan. I am a BIG gambler. I always bring $20 to the casino and when I am out, I am done.

Easter is not a big family gathering for my family. I am thinking that we might hit the sushi buffet for Easter lunch. I have been craving sushi for a while

Wow, George, you really live high!

Lacey, that sounds like a plan.

Easter isn't a big deal for us, either. We don't have any plans as of right now.

Tonight's extravaganza consisted of leftover cheddar rice & broccoli and, for dessert, 1/2 a can of pineapple chunks. DH was tired, wasn't hungry. I did not feel like cooking, so that was that.

enjoy your evening, all.

Just discovered a new variety of potato called Vivaldi, they are so creamy they mash beautifully without butter, and taste so yummy.

Had them as mash with lamb yesterday and made some roasted with chicken tonight. Apparently they have something like half the carbs and cals of normal spuds, which is odd as it tastes more... um... potatoey than usual!

I'm now planning dinners around my potatoes!

Okay, a little bird told me that Lacey just may have the dinner fairy. How about I offer a little dark chocolate triffle for her release?
