Double-cheese chicken burger on honey whole wheat bread w. mayo, buttered sweet corn freshly picked [from local farmer down the road ], green beans, and Black Cherry honey wine, as sitting watching clouds dance in a reflection off the pond's surface.

For those inquiring.....the breaded porkchops lost out to Chinese food. When I do make them I use....Shake & Bake. If done properly you can't tell the difference between them and the handmade breaded kind. It's actually a whole lot quicker to go the Shake & Bake route. I believe they now have several different versions for porkchops.

LOL, so many times our plans change. Either way your dinner sounds good. Tonight I was supposed to make burgers and ended up with pasta and meatsauce and I had oven fried tomatoes.

T-Bone steaks tonight. I got them cheaper than I got the salmon for the other day! Crazy, eh?

We'll barbeque them. I bought some mushrooms so I'd like to try something with them on the steak. I know I've got a recipe for caramelised onions and mushrooms somewhere, and I think it's got some blue cheese in there as well.

Sides will be potatoes - probably cut up and roasted in olive oil, S&P and some spicing. And some steamed broccoli.

Dessert - grilled pears with a dollop of vanilla ice-cream.
