I'm headed to the farmer's market in search of beets today. And the marinade turned out adding a really nice flavor to the grilled chicken. I used Paul Newman's Lighten Up Cranberry Walnut and I'm already thinking of the salad that would be perfect with it - spinach, walnuts, feta, grape tomatoes, craisins, cucumbers. Yum!

I had pizza too~ my normal " spoiled for storebought" pizza I normally make~ piled w/toppings and cheese~ only about 2 1/2 inches thick!
