If my ground beef thaws in time we'll have either meatloaf or meatballs with a tater or two & gravy. I'll let the kids pick the veggie. If it doesn't thaw in time (hate using the microwave to thaw) it will be smoked sausage, boiled potatoes, carrots & cabbage.

Debsi hope you feel better soon.

Nomad DS went to Long Johns over the weekend so I had 2 leftover chicken planks for lunch thought of you while eating.

satx in lock down but send her up I have plenty of room for them.

kats how are your mom & dad doing? Thought of your fishing trips the other day. Went to the store for some haddock nobody had haddock.

Tonight: Shepherd's Pie (with ground turkey instead of beef).

Tomorrow or Wednesday, depending on if we want to stagger the leftover Shepherd's Pie, is this: (thanks satx56 -- I'm making this for a SECOND time):

I hate defrosting in the micro too - unless I absolutely have to! Mom and Dad are great, thanks!!!! I sure would love to be fishing right now!

I second that/Kat's drool!

Debsi, get well soon!

P.S. I'm really not trying to "kill" you. Just stating the facts, Ma'am. Just the facts. LOL!

Oooh, roast turkey and all the trimmings? We'll be right over and bring dessert with us.

Can we also have a peanut butter pie? Little Man loves his PB&J.
