Today, I have no idea. Probably a bowl of Kashi cereal with skim milk. I'll be grocery shopping tomorrow night to stock up on stuff.

Homemade muffulettas piping hot out of the oven.

Made with layers of fresh olive salad, capicola, salami, mortadella, ementaler, provolone, fontal cisalpino, and romano pecorino. All from Nor-Joe's import company, talk about slap ya mama good.

I need to try grits again. When living in Va had them at a breakfast place ( I think Aunt Sarah's)-they were so bland.

Tonight is one of my usual:
Lean turkey breakfast sausage (ground) sauteed in onions & garlic-add pasta sauce- add little white wine, few splashes of V8 juice-add Birds Eye Steam Fresh peas with mushrooms & garlic-a little over a cup. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Serve over whole pasta of your choice. Add parmesan or romano as desired.
Salad
