The men are wanting spaghetti, but I don't have what I need - sooooo........I am either going to come up with something else, or will have to wait to get started on the spaghetti until they get home about 6.

I am baking chicken breasts that I marinate in soy sauce for a few hours with some mashed potatoes and corn and sliced fresh zucchini to dip in ranch dressing to accompany it.

I have never tried grits either but it looks so much like cream of wheat I'd probably try it with sugar, cinnamon, a tad of butter and milk......sorry Kat...you didn't hear that right?
