Olive Branch, Mississippi, a suburb of Memphis, has median incomes of about $80,000, virtually identical for black and white households. Black households make up 31% of the population. Because of the high incomes, equality, safety, and diversity, along with a bevy of jobs in the area, this community strikes me as a lovely place for professional black families to live.
