No it hasn't stalled but it looks like construction has slowed compared to several months ago. It appears that part of the reason has to do with more work being done on the parking deck section of the hotel behind the building.

i was just there the other day, the crane was there, and they went up another floor.

Nice little development showing where everything is going in downtown 2019.

Grey: Steven tanger performing arts center(GPAC)u/c
White: 8 story Hampton inn & suites.u/c
Purple: 14 story Westin.u/c
Red: 10 story office building. Project slugger.u/c
Yellow: 20 story mixed use building. Carroll at south. 2020.
Green: upscale luxury apartments. 2019 construction start.
Pink: 8 story city parking garage. Ground breaking soon.
Blue: 9 story Aloft hotel. 2019 construction start.

Great job GSOCitizen! I especially like that Greensboro will finally have significant development west of the Elm Street towers. I can’t wait until all of these projects get completed.

Those 3 towers really do make a difference with Greensboro's skyline. Add a Roy Carroll 561 tower next to Center Pointe and now we're talking.

That's actually a pretty decent skyline. One is already under construction. If they can just get that Westin off the ground. Tall weeds are growing up on the construction site. With those 3 new buildings, it has the density for a taller building.

Greensboro to update downtown wayfinding signs and will also add digital kiosks.

Badly needed. The current signs are like 20 years old and there is a need for more in other downtown locations. The old ones will be replaced with larger ones and new downtown attractions will be added to the signs.
