Has it generated at least a modest amount of jobs lately?

Actually I like that. I can appreciate the clean lines and simplistic design.
The way most of them front the street is a different story though.
I love a skyline with a variety of designs from different eras. It gives a city that established feel. One thing I don't like is the Gateway Plaza Tower on the south end of downtown. I don't have a problem with the design. I have a problem with the way they repainted the building. They should have left it completely white. They had to paint that ugly brown pattern on it which makes no sense at all. Its the least talked about highrise in downtown Greensboro and you can see why.
Looked so much better like this. Reminds me of a taller version of the Elm.tower in High Point
