First National Bank will be headquartered in the Project slugger office building.

Along with tuggle duggins PA. As well as several other white collar tenants.

Also, as a young professional myself.( I am a 29 year old black day trader/options/investor, i have doing it for the last four years.)

I admire how city leaders reached out to Durham and Greenville for guidance on how to grow an urban and vibrant downtown, That's how it should always be, cities helping each other out, sharing strategic plans and suggestions. I wish Winston and Greensboro would partner up, but that does not ever look likely.

Roy also said he learned from the explosive residential boom in Durham that People prefer to live downtown in urban areas next to entertainment and resturants and other amenaties, that atracts young proffesionals and younger urbinites and love there public green spaces, such labuer and city center park. And it shows as most of the residence of City view, Carroll at bellemeade, greenway at fisher park and greenway at stadium park are attracting younger tenants. Young tenants also like to be in the area where constant development is going up, hence why the ball park area took off like a rocket ship..

As for me, me and gf(28) plan to move into Greenway at stadium park when a unit is availble that we're looking for.

We are in the same boat me and my wife are looking at moving to a condo downtown. We are trying to wait out on the south end development but with no news and 6 months left on our lease we might check out Carroll's apartments across from the stadium.

I'm on the other side of downtown at CityView. I can't imagine living anywhere else other than downtown.

This was the last news I saw on it from March.

The article said they should have/be closing on the sale in May or June. Presales should start by the end of the summer. And actually start building in the fall.

Well, i wanted to check for units at centerpointe... but for the first time in 5 years, there are zero units available, i also called and they said all units are full.

I remember when centerpointe could barely find tenants because the prices were so high...man times have changed.

However there are 4 condos available, 342.000$ to 600.000$

Is that hammer?

I'm sure the people at bellemeade are already complaining.
