Ok, lets be serious here, when exactly are they going to turn Greene street into two way? i don't get the current setup. It completely kills the traffic flow because people just end up turning back on to Elm, that's why it feels like Greensboro only has one main artery downtown.

I absolutely love revolution mills, they have one of the best bakeries (Spring Garden bakery) i think.
This was brought up a while back and the city decided it didn't want to spend the money to convert that portion of Greene St. I agree it's retarded.

Kotis properties has begun construction of a German style beer garden and speakeasy bar off federal place in downtown Greensboro. This development will be a multi million dollar entertainment complex and is expected to open spring 2016. Please refer to last paragraph of article for short description.

also, the former Cascade Saloon building will be restored and will be the new home to the Headquarters of Rentenbach Constructors. This will help bridge the gap between the two sides of the tracks on South Elm Street.

Sorry, I still don't understand. "...he's trying to fund it...". By that, do you mean "Carroll is trying to fund Project 561"? What does that mean? And what does that have to do with him buying apartment complexes?
