This is the official website. The tower will be 20 stories. The design of the overall project has likely changed from the renderings since it was recently announced the hotel component will be upgraded to 12 stories (from the original 6).

The garage looks almost done. Cant wait to see this project go up. Greensboro is truly unique.
Drove thru downtown last night about 10pm. Was surprised to see downtown busy and hopping with people. Was just like it was pre covid days. Huge group walked out of Stumple stilkins and lots of people on the scooters.. Also went to the new apts at Friendly Center. I have a friend that moved in. That place is really done wel. The builder covered all amenities for this day and age. And he did it with style, "spare no Expense "to quote Jurrassic Park.lol...

With the opening of restaurants and breweries, that has definitely contributed to more people on the streets at night. The only facilities that are stilled closed are bars/ nightclub and large venues such as Triad Stage, Tanger Center and the ballpark. I don't foresee any of those opening in 2020. I have seen that bar trolley going around downtown.
