It was a Domino's before that.. Which moved over to N Pleasantburg. That's a horrible location for a pizza place. At least, it used to be, especially around Christmastime. But, with the migration more towards Woodruff, perhaps it's better.

Yeah.. I've seen it be a year before that site gets updated. I would kinda expect some news that the land had been sold.. But.. It's possible it's just still waiting to be finalized.

That's good news for the area. That restaurant has location problems, but the community seems to have supported it really well. It's just in a location that is weird to get to off the interstate, and you could drive down the interstate and never know it's there.

Everyday Organic is closing on August 7th.

Doesn't look like this was mentioned earlier, but Susie and Ed's Italian Kitchen closed a couple weeks ago.

Didn't see this posted but Golden Chick on Pleasantburg has closed down and is for sale. The one on Pelham will follow suit shortly.

I didn't hear the bad news about the one on Pelham.

The closure on Pleasantburg sparked a good bit of discussion a couple weeks back.

Didn't see anyone mention it but it looked like Lebo's there behind Chick-Fil-A on Haywood has closed.

Ah, some searching.. Looks like they moved down to Verdae.

Another.. Not really a closing.. but it seems that Quality Inn may have yanked their name from the one across from Bi-Lo on S Pleasantburg. All signage appears to be gone, but the hotel still seems to be operating.
