And thats exactly why I avoid Spinx and use QT as much as I can, I don't like running my card as debit for safety reasons and QT is about the only station where I can run it as credit and not cost me extra, I'd gladly use Spinx or anyone else if they would not charge the extra for credit use.

Have you tried using their app and scanning the QR code at the pump? You get the cash price and never have to swipe your card.

I take my business to Spinx only to support our local business. I find QT on the expensive side compare to Spinx on convience items. Plus I get points to get stuff with their Spinx reward card. But on the other side, QT takes the win for their Kitchen.

Wyff4 is reporting that Miyabi is temporarily closed.. There was no notice, but they apparently contacted them and found out it was due to 3 employees testing positive for COVID.

Nice to at least know that restaurants are still shutting down if they have a positive test.. I'm pretty sure they're not required to do that, and I don't think they have any reporting requirements either.

Was in there the other day. They are actually moving into the old AC Moore next to Bed Bath & Beyond. Definitely poor signage choice though. Store moving looks a lot better than store closing.

Makes sense. Haven't seen anything about Buy Buy Baby closing other locations. Bed Bath and Beyond is their parent company so makes sense being closer to them I guess.

Ok.. it's.. While perhaps not officially been announced.. It's hit Facebook.. So..

It's Como's Pete's #4.

Next Friday is their last day.

Not COVID related, not business level related.. My opinion. Nick and Tony are just worn out from the restaurant business grind. And.. I'd also say that I'm pretty sure that property is worth a pretty penny.
