I thought the malls and retail were dead yesterday over in the Haywood thread. Yet here we are in this article with the CEO of American Eagle saying "We are excited about the malls" with plans to open new stores and others under different formats.
Notice some interesting features in the renderings that pay homage to Greenville’s past including the old city hall, old Furman bell tower, and old train station.
Sadly there is still only one truck there with zero activity happening.
