Yes just not crazy about that exterior. Is that supposed to resemble an old mill? Wonder if that's the final design.

No it's not. This hotel is going to get built at the intersection of Rhett and Markley Streets which is between QT and Fluor Field.

Looks like another (Amazon) Bintime is going in the old Kmart location in Mauldin.

New retail shops in front of Publix on Poinsett Hwy. I also heard speculation last year from an employee plans for a Publix expansion in that same shopping center eventually. That store could use more space if they are not going to build in TR.
