Mr. Salsa, the best Mexican restaurant in town, is moving across the parking lot to that location.

I wonder if anyone else is relocating. This could be to make way for a new Publix or expansion of the existing one.

A new virtual reality arcade is taking over the old Organic Cat Café location on Main Street in downtown Greenville.

I believe it's mostly/all tenant relocation to allow for the expansion. Workout Anytime will also be moving to the new building. UPS store will be moving (perhaps to where Mr. Salsa is now?)

Makes sense. I posted yesterday in the "What is getting built" thread about the space being built over next to Neighborhood Market behind 7/11 too. I believe both of those centers are same developer.

I have heard speculation of Publix #576 expanding. Publix #576 is presently a 39,000-square-foot store. The store would expand into Workout Anytime and The UPS Store's present locations up to the former Revco. The former Moovies location would be demolished to make way Publix Pharmacy #576's drive thru.

Publix coming to Travelers Rest is a possibility.

Saw a sign up for Zen Ramen & Sushi Burrito next to Eggs Up on Woodruff. Reviews for the location in Clemson look good. I’m intrigued by the Sushi Burritos. The Ramen looks to be more expensive than Menkoi which is basically across the street so it’ll need to be damn good for me to go there for Ramen.

Guess I’ll stick this here. Spartanburg Co. has switched over to ArcGIS mapping system to replace their older GIS system. Zoom in, property types by symbol, boundary lines, change year of Satellite layer, etc. https://maps.spartanburgcounty.org/a...caeca0465f2efc
