The Simpsonville Hardees is getting a remodel. Much needed. Looking forward to the refresh. The location is probably 50 years old. It’s good to see the new stores in the area. The Chick Fil A signs are up on their new building nearby.

It may be approaching 35 or 40.
I believe the Woodruff Rd Hardee's (in front of Kohls and Sam's) was built around 1990 and was one of the first things out that far on Woodruff so it would be like 32 now. Seems like that Hardee's in Simpsonville near 14 was there before the Woodruff Rd location.
It's at least 30.. It was there in 93 when I was dealing with them. It is the newer 90's style building like the former one out on Pelham, which opened around 95.
The other one in Simpsonville that has been gone for 20 years, the one that is now Domino's.. That building most likely is 50 years old.
Domino's building appears to be dated from 74.. So, that's right at 50.
Looks like it's probably dead on 30 years old. Property records show that it was purchased 12/3/91 by "Spardee's" restaurants.
What was there beside the Domino's back in the day before they redid the road? There were two buildings there and one was demolished.. It wasn't the BK or KFC, was it? I know they moved down the road when all the road work happened, but I thought they were on the other side of the interstate.

The oldest operating Anderson location, at I-85 Exit 19 (Clemson Blvd Exit) is also getting a much needed renovation.
That store seems to be from either the 90s or the 80s.

That store was there in part of the 80's for sure. Can't remember how early. We would stop at Katherine's Kitchen across the way for those giant biscuits on the way to Clemson games and there was also a Hardee's in Clemson for years across from the football stadium going back to the late 70's that was always slammed on Gameday.
Yet ANother Car Wash! is being built in Simpsonville. Just a few hundred yards from the soon to open Waves Car Wash on W. Georgia and Neely Ferry Rd (Food Lion)....Spinx is building a car wash next to the Kinder Care center and the entrance to the new apartment complex on W. Georgia.
Simpsonville is gunning for the "Most Car Washes Per Capita" record in the Guinness World Book.
Not to be outdone, the car wash on N Main in Mauldin is converting to "The Wave Car Wash" - yes, that's not "Waves" but "The Wave" - apparently expanding out of North Carolina.
