Seems like it wasn't that long ago that they built that location.

According to street view.. Not there in September 2012, is there in July 2015. So.. Pretty close if not dead on.

According to satellite view.. Not there in April of 2014.

So.. Between April 2014 and July 2015 is the best I can narrow it down to.

They slapped it up quick, then.

I can't tell you what day.. But, the satellite view is labelled as April 2014.. And there's ZERO indication of any work or site prep.. So, that would mean that if we give the best benefit of doubt, and that photo is from April 1 and they started on April 2nd.. That's still.. about 5 months to construct and open.

I guess.. Probably not QUITE so surprising seeing as there probably wasn't a whole lot of site prep.. But, they still had to have water and sewer and power run to the site.. Construct the building.. Hire and train. Still.. Pretty quick.
