Looks like a good product that focuses on doing one thing well, mainly just premium chicken tenders. But I am wondering if the market is already becoming saturated with chicken places. We shall see wish them well.
FWIW.. Apparently the Pelham Rd Golden Chick has been reopened since August 4th. Greenwood I noticed has reopened as well, that one shows August 24th.
And, the cookout on Butler Rd in Mauldin appears to be moving VERY quickly. Looks to me that demo is either done or almost completed. Not sure if they're taking it completely down or not.. but it's down to a gutted 4 walls and short of the old Sonic sign out front.. It'd be difficult to know that it ever was a Sonic.
I drove by Cookout on Wednesday and they had the building wrapped in that paper they use under the outer layer. Suspect this will be like the Laurens Rd location with one pickup window. It's been almost a full month since I looked at the tax record.

I don't think they have it wrapped.. I think they demo'ed it down to that wrap.
Work has started on the old Ruby Tuesday on Woodruff Road.
Any idea what is going in?
